RULES & REGULATIONS

  • All categories open to Malaysian and Non-Malaysian
    • Under 14 (boys), born on or after 2001
    • Under 16 (boys), born on or after 1999
    • Under 18 (boys), born on or after 1997
    • Men Open
  • All entries must be received by 26th June 2015, 5pm. Entries will be accepted on a *first come, first served* basis, limited to 250 teams only.
  • Each entry form should be properly completed and hand delivered with non-refundable cash entry fees of RM90 per team for categories (a), (b) & (c), and attached with each participation player’s Photostat Identity Card or Passport (Non-Malaysian).

  • Replacement of team members is not allowed after submission of entry form.
  • Each player is allowed to participate in ONE (1) category only.
  • Each team
    • Only ONE Current & Ex-National / National Junior / State Player is allowed to participate, and
    • Other two players are not Current & Ex-National / National Junior / State Player in between years 2013 to 2015.
  • Team captain will have to produce original copy of receipt for registration on the event day. Registration Time : 12.30pm
  • Each team will receive muscle tee & sponsor goodies on the event day.Teams are required to wear the jersey received throughout the tournament.
  • Failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification.
  • All participants MUST bring their Photostat Identity Card or Passport (Non-Malaysian) or Company Identity Card to produce when requested during the event day for technical reasons, failing to do so will lead to automatic disqualification with immediate effect.
  • Any complains that comes after second round will not be entertained.
  • Each team must nominate a Team Captain to handle all the team affairs.
  • Any rough play or unsporting behavior before, during and after the game will automatically result in disqualification.
  • If you have any enquiries during the tournament, please seek for assistance at the Information Counter.
  • The organizer reserves the right to any decision made through the tournament and no damage shall be claimed from the organizer or sponsor.

*** Competitors hereby certify that they are physically fit and trained and they are entering this competition at their own risk and responsibility. They hereby agree to abide by all rules and conditions of the competition as determined by organizers, as well as to release the organizers of any responsibility in the event of injury, death or loss of property incurred during, as a consequence of or while travelling to or from the competition.
* In the event that category is less than 20 teams, the organiser reserve the rights to combine as 1 category.
